The results were as follows: 1. The red pigment in Portulaca grandiflora Hook extract was identified as betacyanin by analyzing solubility properties and TLC and UV-Vis Scanning spectroscopy analysis, however the structure type needs further identification. 2. 研究取得的结果与结论如下:1.通过对半枝莲红色素的溶解性质观察、薄层色谱法和紫外可见波谱扫描分析推知,该红色素即为甜菜红素,但其结构类型需进一步确证。
